Oxadiazon SC Herbicide is a herbicide for the pre-emergent control of annual grasses and broadleaf weeds in conifer nurseries, turf, and ornamentals. Oxadiazon is the active ingredient, which is also found in Ronstar Flo Herbicide. It is a suspension concentrate formulation containing 3.17 pounds of oxadiazon per gallon. Oxadizaon is a member of the ozadiazole chemical family of herbicides. Members of this herbicide family inhibit PPO inhibitor in plants and control weeds by killing the young weed seedlings as they come in contact with the herbicide during germination.
