Trip Herbicide is a professional post-emergent herbicide containing 60.45% triclopyr butoxyethyl ester, equal to 4 lbs. acid equivalent per gallon. It is labeled for control of woody plants, vines, and annual and perennial broadleaf weeds in non-crop industrial sites, rights-of-way, rangeland, permanent grass pastures, CRP acres, forests, conifer plantations, ditch banks, gravel pits, unimproved rough turf grasses, natural areas, wildlife openings, and other listed non-crop sites.Features & Benefits

Where to Use Trip Herbicide
Trip may be used on labeled non-crop industrial sites, rights-of-way, rangeland, permanent grass pastures, CRP acres, forests, conifer plantations, fence rows, non-irrigation ditch banks, wildlife openings, natural areas, unimproved rough turf grasses, vacant lots, and other listed non-crop residential areas. Uses may include application to grazed areas where permitted by the label.Target Weeds & Brush
Trip is labeled for many woody plant and brush species including blackberry, kudzu, locust, maple, oak, sumac, sweetgum, cottonwood, dogwood, elderberry, elm, mulberry, salt cedar, sassafras, sycamore, and other listed susceptible species. It also controls annual and perennial broadleaf weeds.Application Notes
Use Trip at 1–8 quarts per acre depending on target vegetation, site, method, and label restrictions. Higher rates are generally used for woody plant control. For best results, apply when woody plants and weeds are actively growing. Always follow the full label for maximum annual rates, grazing/haying restrictions, spray drift precautions, and site-specific directions.Product Information

| APPLICATION | Broadcast Applications (Pastures & Rangeland): Apply 1–8 quarts per acre in enough water to ensure thorough coverage. Woody Plant Control: Use 4–8 quarts per acre depending on brush density. Apply when plants are fully leafed out and actively growing. Foliar Spray: Mix 0.5–2 quarts per acre with sufficient water for uniform coverage. Basal Bark/Individual Plants: Mix 20–30 gallons of Trip in 100 gallons of oil carrier and apply to lower 12–15 inches of stems. Cut Surface Treatments: Apply undiluted or as a 1:3 solution with water or oil directly to freshly cut stumps. |
