Advance 375A Select Granular Ant Bait is a ready-to-use ant bait designed for indoor and outdoor control of numerous listed ant species. The granular bait combines a food-based attractant with the delayed-action insecticide abamectin B1, allowing foraging ants to carry bait back to the colony where it can reduce worker populations and stop egg production.

Advance 375A Select is labeled for use in and around homes, commercial structures, food storage areas, lawns, turf, golf courses, parks, schools, warehouses, supermarkets, hotels, motels, and other listed sites. It controls many common household and nuisance ants including carpenter ants, fire ants, Pharaoh ants, odorous house ants, pavement ants, Argentine ants, thief ants, little black ants, and more.

Advance 375A Select Granular Ant Bait is labeled for use in and around commercial and other structures, food storage areas, golf courses, homes, hotels, inedible product areas of meat packing plants, lawns, motels, non-food/feed areas of commercial buildings, non-occupied patient areas of hospitals and nursing homes, parks, residential areas, schools, supermarkets, turf, and warehouses.

Target Pests

Advance 375A Select Granular Ant Bait kills listed ants including acrobat ants, Argentine ants, bigheaded ants, carpenter ants, crazy ants, field ants, fire ants, harvester ants, little black ants, odorous house ants, pavement ants, Pharaoh ants, and thief ants.

Application Notes

Apply Advance 375A Select according to the label directions for the specific treatment site. For outdoor broadcast applications, use 1 pound per acre, which is equivalent to approximately 1.8 ounces per 5,000 square feet or 0.4 ounce per 1,000 square feet. Reapply as necessary, but not sooner than 30 days after the last application.

Around structures, lightly sprinkle evenly at 0.3 ounce per 100 linear feet in a band approximately 1 to 2 feet wide around the foundation. Treat visible trails with approximately 1 ounce of product. For individual colony treatments, use 1.5 to 3 ounces per colony. For indoor applications, place bait in crevices or voids where ants are active and keep bait dry. Avoid using repellent insecticides or sprays on or near the bait so ants can continue to access it.
