Maxforce Quantum Ant Bait
Maxforce Quantum Ant Bait is a professional liquid ant bait containing 0.03% imidacloprid for control of a broad range of sweet- and moisture-feeding pest ants. Its carbohydrate-rich, hygroscopic bait matrix retains and absorbs moisture to remain attractive longer than conventional ant gels, helping provide colony control from one quarterly service interval to the next.
Designed to take advantage of trophallaxis, or food sharing within the colony, Maxforce Quantum allows foraging ants to carry the bait back to nestmates, queens, and other colony members. It controls Argentine ants, crazy ants, ghost ants, Pharaoh ants, odorous house ants, pavement ants, and many other labeled species indoors and outdoors, with indoor bait placements remaining palatable for up to three months.

Labeled Use Sites
Maxforce Quantum is labeled for use in residential buildings, schools, commercial and industrial buildings, warehouses, supermarkets, restaurants, motels, hotels, hospitals, nursing homes, laboratories, computer facilities, pet shops, zoos, food-processing plants, food-handling and storage establishments, and transportation equipment including aircraft, trains, ships, boats, buses, cars, trucks, vans, and recreational vehicles.
Outdoor placements may be made on or adjacent to structures where ants are nesting, foraging, or gaining access, including cracks and crevices in brick walls, pavement joints, tree holes, eaves, soffits, weep holes, areas around utility penetrations, trees, stumps, roots, wood decks, fences, planter boxes, woodpiles, landscaping, and railroad ties. Food and feed handling areas are limited to the crack-and-crevice uses specified on the label.
Target Pests
Labeled Ant Species: Acrobat ants, Argentine ants, Big-Headed ants, Black Garden ants, Crazy ants, Ghost ants, Little Black ants, Odorous House ants, Pavement ants, Pharaoh's ants, Rover ants, Thief ants, and White-Footed ants.
Not Controlled: Carpenter ants, fire ants, and harvester ants are specifically excluded from the Maxforce Quantum label. For those species, select another appropriately labeled ant-control product.
Application Notes
Apply Maxforce Quantum in small spots or beads in areas where ants are actively foraging, along trails, near nest sites, and at points where ants enter structures. Indoor applications may use up to 2.0 g of bait per 100 sq ft of floor space. Outdoors, apply spots or beads up to 0.2 g per placement. At nest entrances, up to 2.0 g may be injected directly into the entrance. Along active foraging trails, apply 0.6 g per 10 linear feet, distributed as small spots or beads.
Diluted Liquid Bait Program: For outdoor management of large multiple-queen or multiple-colony ants such as Argentine ants and crazy ants, prepare a 25% sugar-water solution by dissolving 8 oz of granulated sugar in 1 quart of water. Mix one 120 g package of Maxforce Quantum into the prepared quart of sugar water. This produces a diluted liquid bait containing approximately 0.003% or 30 ppm imidacloprid. Place the mixture in suitable liquid bait stations and use no more than one station per 25 ft of building perimeter. Prepare only what is needed for immediate use because the diluted sugar solution can spoil within a few days.
