Optigard Cockroach Gel Bait
Optigard Cockroach Gel Bait is a professional ready-to-use gel bait powered by emamectin benzoate for indoor and outdoor control of cockroaches. Packaged in convenient 30 gram syringes, Optigard Cockroach Gel Bait is applied as a crack-and-crevice or void-space treatment in areas where cockroaches hide, forage, nest, or travel.
Optigard Cockroach Gel Bait provides a valuable bait rotation option for cockroach control programs, especially where repeated use of the same bait active ingredient can increase resistance pressure. Its Group 6 active ingredient gives professionals another mode-of-action option for rotating with products such as Advion Evolution Cockroach Gel Bait or Advion Cockroach Gel Bait.

Application Notes
Apply Optigard Cockroach Gel Bait with the syringe applicator or a bait injector as a crack-and-crevice or void-space treatment in areas frequented by cockroaches. For light infestations, apply 1 to 2 bait spots per square yard of treatment area. For heavy infestations or larger cockroaches, apply 2 to 4 bait spots per square yard.
Each bait spot should be approximately 0.25 to 0.50 grams. A spot about 1/8 inch in diameter equals approximately 0.25 grams, while a spot about 1/4 inch in diameter equals approximately 0.50 grams. Bait may also be applied as a bead approximately 1/8 inch thick and 2 inches long. Place bait in cracks, crevices, voids, corners, and near cockroach harborage or aggregation areas. Inspect placements during follow-up visits and reapply when bait is no longer visibly present.
