Rally 40WSP Fungicide is a highly systemic, protectant and curative fungicide containing 40% myclobutanil. As a FRAC Group 3 sterol demethylation inhibitor, Rally provides dependable control of powdery mildew, rust, scab, brown rot, black rot, leaf spots and other labeled fungal diseases.

Rally 40WSP is labeled for use on numerous fruit, vegetable and field crops as well as residential and commercial landscape ornamentals. Convenient water-soluble packets simplify measuring and qualify as a closed mixing and loading system when handled intact according to the label.

Labeled Use Sites

Rally 40WSP is labeled for use on numerous agricultural crops and landscape ornamentals, including:

Almonds, apples, mayhaw, apricots, cherries, nectarines, peaches, plums, prunes, blackberries, raspberries, currants, gooseberries, strawberries, grapes, mangoes, papayas, lettuce, hops, peppermint, spearmint, soybeans, artichokes, asparagus, cucurbits, eggplant, peppers, okra, snap beans and tomatoes.

Landscape ornamental uses include labeled flowering plants, roses, shrubs, shade trees, ornamental fruit trees and other listed plants in commercial and residential landscapes.

Selected non-food uses include hybrid poplar in nurseries or forested areas used for pulp production, along with specifically labeled nursery applications to Douglas fir and loblolly pine.

Do not apply Rally 40WSP in greenhouses. It is not labeled for general use in commercial nurseries. Follow all crop-specific use-site restrictions on the product label.

Target Diseases

Rally 40WSP controls or suppresses labeled fungal diseases including powdery mildew, rust, apple scab, black rot, brown rot, brown rot blossom blight, anthracnose, shothole, leaf spot, leaf blight, black spot, cercospora leaf spot, fabraea leaf spot, cane and leaf rust, orange rust, white pine blister rust, petal blight, needle rust, fusiform rust, pod tip rot, Asian soybean rust and specified grapevine wood diseases.

Application Notes

Apply Rally 40WSP preventively, when disease first appears or when environmental conditions favor disease development, as directed for the specific crop and disease. Thorough, uniform coverage of foliage, fruit and other susceptible plant tissue is essential for optimum control.

Application rates, spray intervals, preharvest intervals and maximum seasonal use rates vary substantially by crop. Use the lower labeled rate and longer interval on smaller plants or under low disease pressure. Use the higher labeled rate or shorter interval on larger plants, susceptible varieties or under severe disease pressure.

Place intact water-soluble packets directly into the spray tank. Keep packets dry before use, handle them with dry gloves and never cut, tear or puncture the packets. Allow the packets to dissolve completely before adding spray oils, boron-containing products or other approved tank-mix partners.

For resistance management, avoid repeated use of Rally 40WSP or other FRAC Group 3 fungicides against the same pathogen. After two consecutive applications of Rally 40WSP, another myclobutanil product or another DMI fungicide, rotate to an effective fungicide with a different mode of action.
