Spectro 90 WDG Fungicide is a professional broad-spectrum turf and ornamental fungicide combining 72% chlorothalonil with 18% thiophanate-methyl. This dual-active premix delivers both contact and systemic disease protection, combining multi-site chlorothalonil activity with systemic thiophanate-methyl for preventive and curative management of numerous turf and ornamental diseases.

Designed for professional golf, nursery, greenhouse, landscape, and interiorscape programs, Spectro 90 WDG controls diseases including anthracnose, brown patch, dollar spot, gray leaf spot, snow molds, powdery mildew, rusts, leaf spots, blights, crown rots, and many additional labeled diseases. Labeled Use Sites

Spectro 90 WDG is labeled for fine turf composed of cool- and warm-season grasses including bentgrass, bermudagrass, bluegrass, fescue, ryegrass, St. Augustinegrass, and zoysiagrass, subject to the turf-use restrictions on the label. Golf-course uses include greens, tees, fairways, aprons, and approaches. Horticultural uses include nurseries, greenhouses, landscapes, interiorscapes, annual and perennial flowers, bedding plants, foliage plants, groundcovers, deciduous and evergreen trees and shrubs, roses, pachysandra, and conifers.

Target Diseases

Spectro 90 WDG controls labeled turf diseases including foliar and basal anthracnose, brown patch, copper spot, dollar spot, gray leaf spot, leaf spot and melting-out, red thread, gray snow mold, pink snow mold, bluegrass stem rust, powdery mildew, downy mildew, Fusarium blight, Fusarium patch, Dichondra leaf spot, and bentgrass dead spot. It is also labeled for preventive algae management caused by cyanobacteria where directed.

Ornamental disease targets include Alternaria leaf spot and blight, anthracnose, Ascochyta blight, black spot of rose, Botrytis leaf and flower blights, Cercospora leaf spot, Curvularia leaf spot, Phytophthora aerial blight, Rhizoctonia web blight, Septoria leaf spot, powdery mildews, rusts, Venturia scab, stem and crown rots, and numerous additional labeled foliar, flower, stem, and root-zone diseases.

Application Notes

Apply Spectro 90 WDG with sufficient water to obtain thorough coverage. Turf applications generally use approximately 2 to 4 gallons of water per 1,000 sq ft. Begin applications when conditions favor disease development and repeat according to the disease, site, rate, and retreatment interval listed on the label. Golf greens, tees, and fairways have site-specific maximum application rates and seasonal limits.

For horticultural applications, the general label rate is 1 to 2 lb per 100 gallons of water unless otherwise specified. Apply as a full-coverage spray to runoff when disease conditions are favorable. Spectro may also be applied through labeled chemigation systems. Do not tank mix with copper-containing materials, highly alkaline pesticides, or specifically prohibited surfactants and additives. Always follow the most restrictive tank-mix directions.
