Vole Scram Professional is intended for turf, lawns, golf courses, gardens, landscaped grounds, ornamental gardens, groundcovers, wooded landscapes, bulb gardens, beds, mulch, rough grass, and property perimeters where voles are feeding, nesting, or creating tunnels and surface runways. It is designed for professional landscape installation and maintenance companies, pest-control operators, landscapers, grounds managers, and greenskeepers. Do not apply directly to water or use on food or feed commodities.

Target Pest & Damage

Vole Scram Professional targets voles that feed on foliage, seeds, stems, roots, bulbs, seedlings, and mature trees. It helps reduce damage caused by feeding, plant girdling, nesting, surface runways, and underground tunnel systems. Voles may also travel through existing mole tunnels, but Vole Scram Professional is formulated specifically for voles and should not be presented as a mole-control product.

Application Notes

Apply with a broadcast spreader using the labeled equipment setting, or distribute by hand with a scoop in beds, mulch, or rough grass. In early September or early October, apply a 20-foot band around the property perimeter where voles have been nesting during the summer to help reduce movement into protected areas.

For northern snowfall regions, make the first application in late October after irrigation has been shut off. Reapply to the same areas approximately 14 days later in November before snowfall, then make a third application in early spring or late winter immediately after the snow melts. Pay particular attention to locations where repeated winter damage or snow drifting occurs.

For Midwest and southern regions, make two applications approximately two weeks apart to areas showing vole damage, then repeat 30 days after the second application. The technical sheet reports at least 30 days of repellency, but the regional schedule and actual site conditions determine when another application is needed.
