Application Notes
New Establishment: Seed at 8 to 10 lb per 1,000 sq ft. Prepare a firm, clean seedbed and distribute seed uniformly for consistent coverage. Maintain appropriate moisture during germination and establishment according to local turfgrass establishment practices.
Overseeding: Apply 4 to 5 lb per 1,000 sq ft. For best establishment, maximize seed-to-soil contact and maintain consistent moisture until seedlings are established. Adjust irrigation, fertility, and mowing practices according to site conditions and local turfgrass recommendations.
