Wisdom TC Flowable is a professional insecticide and termiticide powered by 7.9% bifenthrin for broad-spectrum pest control indoors, outdoors, on lawns, around building perimeters, ornamentals, parks, recreational areas, athletic fields, and listed structural sites. As the generic version of Talstar insecticide, Wisdom TC Flowable provides proven pyrethroid performance for professional pest control, turf insect control, ornamental insect control, and termite applications.

Wisdom TC Flowable controls a wide range of listed pests including mosquitoes, ticks, fleas, fire ants, mole crickets, chinch bugs, ants, cockroaches, spiders, scorpions, wasps, sod webworms, armyworms, cutworms, annual bluegrass weevil adults, billbugs, mites, and many other lawn, ornamental, perimeter, indoor, and structural pests. When used as a termiticide, applicators must follow state licensing requirements and all label directions for termite treatments.

Wisdom TC Flowable is labeled for use indoors and outdoors on residential, institutional, public, commercial, and industrial buildings, lawns, ornamentals, parks, recreational areas, athletic fields, home lawns, outdoor plantscapes, interior plantscapes, building perimeters, foundations, porches, window frames, eaves, patios, garages, refuse dumps, fence lines, storage sheds, barns, and other listed residential and non-commercial structures. It is also labeled for certain food/feed handling establishment applications, modes of transport, termite control applications, wood-in-place treatments, and listed ornamental plant applications.

Target Pests

Wisdom TC Flowable controls many listed lawn pests including armyworms, cutworms, sod webworms, annual bluegrass weevil adults, banks grass mites, billbug adults, black turfgrass ataenius adults, centipedes, chinch bugs, crickets, earwigs, adult fleas, flea larvae, grasshoppers, leafhoppers, mealybugs, millipedes, mites, pillbugs, sowbugs, ants, crane fly larvae, imported fire ants, adult Japanese beetles, adult and nymph mole crickets, and ticks.

For ornamentals, perimeter, indoor, and structural uses, Wisdom TC Flowable controls listed pests including ants, carpenter ants, fire ants, cockroaches, mosquitoes, ticks, fleas, spiders, black widow spiders, scorpions, wasps, hornets, bees, boxelder bugs, beetles, biting flies, flies, gnats, midges, chiggers, clover mites, silverfish, firebrats, moths, leafhoppers, whiteflies, aphids, lace bugs, leaf-feeding caterpillars, tent caterpillars, bagworms, elm leaf beetles, fall webworms, Japanese beetles, leafrollers, mealybugs, mites, thrips, weevils, scale crawlers, fungus gnats, leafminers, and other listed pests. Termite uses include subterranean termites and above-ground termite workers or winged reproductives as directed by the label.

Application Notes

Apply Wisdom TC Flowable according to the specific label directions for the target pest and use site. For lawn applications, apply as a broadcast treatment using up to 10 gallons of finished spray per 1,000 square feet where dense grass foliage requires more volume. For low-volume applications below 2 gallons per 1,000 square feet, immediate irrigation with at least 0.25 inch of water is directed for efficacy on subsurface pests such as mole crickets.

For mosquito control, the label lists 0.33 to 1.0 fl oz of Wisdom TC Flowable per gallon of water applied at 1 gallon of dilution per 1,000 square feet as a general spray around landscapes, lawns, and buildings. For indoor use, apply only as a crack-and-crevice, pinstream, spot, coarse low-pressure spray, or brush application where labeled. Do not use as an indoor space spray. For termite applications, use only according to the termiticide directions and licensing requirements.
